Follow the steps below to easily send the necessary information through the Spot Money app:

Step 1: Open Spot Money App

• Launch the Spot Money app on your mobile device.

Step 2: Access Your Profile

• Locate and tap on your profile, usually situated in the top right-hand corner of the app interface.

Step 3: Navigate to "Bank Account Details"

• Once in your profile, look for the option labeled "Bank Account Details" and select it.

Step 4: Verify Your Email Address

• Confirm that the email address associated with your Spot Money account is displayed above the send button. This is the email address you used during the signup process.

Step 5: Initiate the Sending Process

• Click on the "Send" button to initiate the email sending process.

Step 6: Forward the Email

• An email template, including the necessary attachment, will open. Ensure that the attachment is included, as it contains the crucial information needed for the processing of your account confirmation.

• Forward this email to [e-mail]. This is the designated email address for submitting your confirmation letter.

Step 7: Await Confirmation

• After forwarding the email, our automated bots will periodically scan the mailbox for incoming submissions.

• Following successful processing, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that you have been successfully onboarded. This email will serve as confirmation that your banking details have been linked to your employee code for reward purposes.
